All you need is just a jump rope (initially buy a cheap one, such as a decathlon), a good pair of shoes and 25-30 minutes a day of your time. It’s very important to use a right sized rope; find one that fits you perfectly. To find the perfect fit, put your foot in the middle, hold the handles in your hands. The perfect one should be in the same line as your armpits.
